Photographic production, not prompt decoration
A PRO request describes what the finished photograph must accomplish and the production decisions that matter inside the frame. The selected model remains the identity source. Product and visual references remain separate inputs with explicit roles.

Identify what each reference contributes and which garment, product, accessory, construction, color, texture or visual detail must stay faithful and readable.
Photographic decisions
Direct the model performance, styling, beauty, scene, light, atmosphere, composition, finish and camera intent as one coherent shoot rather than a list of unrelated aesthetic keywords.
How to write a PRO direction
Write a production brief, not a generic image prompt. Structural controls such as model, scene type, style and framing are selected separately; the written direction should complement them instead of mechanically repeating them.
1. Commercial objective
Define the purpose of the finished photograph: campaign, editorial, catalog, product-led e-commerce or another concrete production goal.
2. Model identity
Select either a Ruwana Model or one private My Models identity. Do not redefine the selected identity inside the written direction.
3. Reference roles & fidelity
For every supplied reference, say what it is and which visual details must be preserved faithfully.
4. Scene & action
Describe the concrete location or environment, what the subject is doing and the expression or interaction that matters to the shot.
5. Styling & beauty
Complete footwear, accessories, hair, makeup or grooming only where those decisions materially improve the production.
6. Model performance
Art-direct posture, weight, gesture, movement, body orientation and expression in relation to the product, camera and composition.
7. Light & atmosphere
Specify light behavior, skin and material response, depth and atmosphere that materially affect the photograph.
8. Composition & finish
Describe spatial relationships, product readability, depth and the intended commercial or editorial finish.
9. Camera intent
Use camera body and lens as production tools. Explain what the chosen perspective, focal length and separation should accomplish instead of naming equipment as decoration.
Weak prompt versus PRO direction
The difference is not the number of adjectives. The difference is whether the production decisions are explicit.

PRO

Structural controls guide the shoot
Selectors define the production frame; direction explains what matters inside it. PRO uses them together to create a coherent photograph rather than treating every selector as a rigid pixel-level command.
Scene
Studio, interior or exterior establishes the production environment. The direction supplies the actual location, atmosphere and subject interaction.
Style & framing
Style and framing establish the desired production language. PRO balances them with the commercial objective, model performance and product readability to compose the final frame.
Camera & lens
Focal length, perspective, camera distance, depth and lens compression affect how the model, product and environment read. Camera choices should serve the photograph.
Product clarity stays explicit
Garment shape, construction, texture, proportion, material behavior, color relationships and other commercially important details can be stated as fidelity requirements instead of being left for the model to infer from a loose prompt.
One role per reference
A garment reference can be the hero product. Another reference can define an accessory, product, footwear, construction detail or environment. Their roles remain explicit rather than being blended into an unspecified image pool.
Visual value remains readable
Production direction can prioritize the details customers need to see: silhouette, material response, finishing, embellishment, packaging, surface treatment or other product-defining features.
Ruwana Models or My Models
PRO supports two mutually exclusive identity sources. The selected model owns identity; references describe products and other production inputs.
Ruwana Models
Curated Ruwana virtual models with established identities and production positioning for customers who want ready-to-use casting.
My Models
Private customer-created adult synthetic identities saved in the organization's Custom Models library. A saved identity receives a stable mdl_... model ID and can be reused without recreating or re-uploading the identity for every production.
Custom Models remain reusable production identities
Create a private synthetic identity, review the portrait and full-body identity views, save it once and use the stable model ID when the same casting must return in later production.
Create
Define an adult synthetic identity with appearance and casting guidance such as age range, visual height and build, skin tone, hair, eyes and additional creative direction.
Save
Saving creates a persistent private model identity associated with the organization. The model remains available until it is deleted.
Add to PRO
A saved model appears in My Models and can be selected as the identity source for PRO instead of a Ruwana roster model.
Direction structure for agents and applications
Applications and AI agents should construct the production brief from explicit semantic fields rather than collapsing the job into one generic free-text prompt.

The portrait is the canonical identity anchor; the full-body image is the saved casting/library view. Ruwana roster model_id access is separate and requires the applicable license/entitlement.
